Daisy Blue Design is based in George in the Western Cape. We specialise in interior consulting, revamping and custom-made furniture. Our showroom has many retail décor items for you to browse and select whatever suits your style and we continually re-stock with the latest in the décor design world.  People often think that high-end interior designing is only effective in large areas. What makes us unique is that we can turn any space, big or small, into your dream space that brings across who you are - be it your home, office area or guest lodge… we do it all! We are available for private and corporate interior designing and furniture manufacturing needs. Another unique quality of Daisy Blue Design is that we have our own on-site supervised workshop ensuring that clients can be part of every step in the process and eliminating the loss of direct contact that goes with off-site manufacturing workshops. We are proud to say that we have it all under one roof!

BERDINA VAN NIEKERK

CEO AND FOUNDER

My name is Berdina van Niekerk and I started Daisy Blue Design in 2013. When it comes to designing, I am extremely inspired by the modernistic and antique French style. However, my goal is to provide each client with interior designing that truly reflects who they are and what they love. I enjoy playing around with colours, textures, fabrics, and different textiles. I believe your surroundings influence your being and can make a difference in how you experience life.  I like to get to know my clients and pay attention to detail when they speak and when they show me what they like or dislike. It’s a passion of mine to study my clients intently and to be able to understand what they want and need before they even realise it themselves. What I enjoy most about the whole process is seeing the look on a client’s face when they see the final product or room reveal and to know that all our planning and hard work has been totally worth it.
